Orders shipping till Monday 22nd December. Over the break we'll keep an eye on e-mails. We return Monday 12th January. Note orders shipped on the 22nd may not make it to you by the 25th depending on your location.
If you're not home when the driver arrives it may trigger a re-delivery charge so please consider using your work address as your delivery address.
Couriers won't call you.
Deliveries to capital cities generally take between 1-7 business days, the average is two (i.e. Perth can be 5-7 days for larger items and 1-3 days for Air-Bags) however this is when items are not on back order and payment has cleared. Some payment methods such as Direct Deposit can take an extra 1-2 working days to clear. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order is urgent please let us know.
Happen when item(s) you order were out of stock (check the stock level on the products page). Back orders increase delivery time. If the delay is expected to be over 14 days, we will contact you for instructions. Once sent, tracking information in your account allows you to contact the courier company directly for likely delivery times.
You can order over the phone however we require your land line number and/or confirmation of your identity via a "proper" e-mail address such as your Australian Company's (.com.au) or Bigpond, not Yahoo, G-mail etc.

If you need the same items again simply go to your Account > Orders > Re-Order button.
Choose from a past order, all items from the order will be placed in your shopping cart.
If you don't need every item you can delete them or change quantities just as if you'd added them to your cart by choosing "Add to Cart" button on products.
