CardScan Executive Version 9 is a full featured contact management solution and features a desktop card scanner which scans full-colour business cards in around 2-3 seconds. Like all CardScan products, the Executive synchronizes easily with Outlook, PDAs and smart phones.

The Executive comes with a detachable USB cable for connection to your PC/Laptop and a single-user licence of CardScan software. For users who wish to simply scan their business cards and have them sync with their Outlook contacts, this product is an excellent choice.

This is a core function of CardScan Software and is very easy to setup, then each time a card is scanned, it is sync'd with your Outlook database on-the-fly.

Want to export to Excel?

Again this is a very simple task within the CardScan Software and takes just a few mouse clicks. You can export the entire database, selected contacts, or groups of contacts (within CardScan you can setup groups for easy categorisation of contacts).

The CardScan software exports to a CSV file which can be opened directly in Excel.
